In this shot, a story is told of castles and fairies, knights in armours, myths and secrets. In Dumfries, nicknamed as Queen of the South. Amazing Scotland was where this love was sealed, under the medieval mood of the Comlogon Castle. These are real people in the real world. Rania & Stratos and this is their Story. We were privileged to be chosen as their Storytellers, in a personal experience that is kept precious in our heart. We wish them eternal happiness.

2| It is important to click with your photographer

Secrets your photographer wants to know: Photographs are always better when your personality and the photographers’ personality click. If the photographer is an unlikely match with the couple it is always harder to get a rapport going. It is also easier for both sides to express themselves when personalities fit together. You are going to have to spend a whole day or more with your photographer(s). Get a feel for who they are as personalities by looking at their website and meeting them in person  Check out for mutual respect, professionalism, taste and style. The more comfortable you feel about them the more comfortable you will look.

Wedding Photography Tips & Secrets

I | LET YOUR PHOTOGRAPHER KNOW ANY QUIRKS OF THE VENUE

The ceremony is about to take place in a pitch-black space with crazy lighting needs. This will make a photographer quickly respond and adjust the way he normally shoots. This may easily cause loss of time and it may not always be in favor of a tightly scheduled ceremony or event. It is wise for the couple to think through the lighting situation of the ceremony and consult with the photographer to get the optimum results, as photographers can often only work with what they are given – darkness and squinting included! If you have time to take a fast shot of the venue at the given time this may definitely also be an asset. Discuss and describe what you saw regarding both space and light. Refresh with up to date information as they occur until the wedding day. Jot down small notes and mail the feedback. The more you communicate the better for the final results.

We always visit the ceremony venue, church and reception halls a few days before the event  in order keep our couples hassle-free  and secure the best results.
