Loutraki sits on the Gulf of Corinth, a spa town known for its thermal springs and a coastline that looks across the water to the mountains of the Peloponnese. The Wyndham Grand Resort stands above the town with views over the gulf, one of the larger hotel venues on this part of the coast.

Anna and Theo brought together two traditions on the same day. Anna's family is Korean, and the wedding incorporated traditional Korean customs alongside the Greek ceremony — hanbok worn by Anna and her family, rituals passed down through generations, set against an Orthodox ceremony at Ieros Naos Koimiseos Theotokou in nearby Korinthos.

The reception at Wyndham Grand Resort brought both cultures into the same room. Floral arrangements drew on Greek and Korean references together, and the planning by Angelina and Virginia carried that fusion through every detail of the room, the lighting and the table settings.

A wedding combining two distinct cultural traditions requires understanding both before arriving. We spoke with Anna and Theo in advance about the structure of the day — the Korean elements, the Orthodox ceremony, the sequence of moments that mattered to each side of the family.

The reception venue change between Korinthos and Loutraki meant planning the logistics of moving the day across two locations without losing momentum. Before arriving we had learned enough about Anna and Theo to know what each part of the day needed from us.
