Sifnos Wedding Photography – Sanem & Kostas

And so our Sifnos wedding story continues…

Our second Sifnos visit for this summer, was for a wedding to remember! Kostas and Sanem, their friends and colleagues from Geneva and their lovely families from Greece and Turkey travelled all the way to Sifnos to join their lives and share joy and happiness.

We shall never forget their exceptional hospitality, their trust and most of all their friendship. Relationships are the most powerful of all motivations and what gives inspiration and heart to our imagery. We left the island with a treasure of images filled with beauty and sentiments.

Kostas + Sanem, we thank you for the love and friendship. We wish for you joy and happiness forever and ever!

Sifnos wedding Part I

This was a perfect start for a series of Sifnos Weddings for this summer. Never the same as any previous one, the island and our couples tempted us once more. To be different, personal and to come up with imagery that highlights their dreams, their very personal moments and the story of their lives.

It was in Sifnos that Fanis and Ioanna chose to reload. No place could be a more perfect match than this beautiful destination, with its whitewashed houses standing like pearls along the crest of the island. Unspoiled footpaths link villages under the warm changing light, so characteristic in the Cyclades, kissing the landscape and exploring the slopes of the mountains, to meet with olive trees, bays with aqua waters, offering that breathtaking experience that will mesmerise you.

Fanis and Ioanna, their beautiful families and their very special friends, took every extra step to make their wedding day extravagantly beautiful. We have laughed and we have cried. We have enjoyed and we have lived. Their dream became ours to share and preserve. Every moment was irresistibly inspiring. Being their photographers on their three-day wedding was nothing like common. We wish for them the best from our hearts and we thank them for their trust and friendship.

Thank you Fanis & Ioanna for sharing so many happy moments with us and may they last forever. We also thank My Best Wishes Events & Vasso Vantali for organizing the event.

From Norway to Kardamyli with Love – Kardamyli Wedding Photographer

Wedding photography in Greece gives you a very good excuse to travel to all kinds of lovely places. But this time it was close to my homeland and being a wedding photographer there gave me and Angela the opportunity to filter images through the emotions of a lovely Norwegian Couple. Tom and Line.

Kardamyli, a spectacularly beautiful coastal village in Mani, 36 km south of Kalamata and approximately 3 hrs drive from Athens. Caught halfway between the deep blue of the Aegean and the rocky bones of the Taygetos Mountains, with the incredible beauty of stark contrasts. It is, itself, trapped between the medieval world and the modern era. Right there, at the very edge of the foothills of Taygetus, reaching out into the Messinian Bay, beautiful pebble beaches and crystal clear waters, is where we met Tom & Line. A beautiful couple from Norway, who fell in love with Kardamyli, the perfect paradise for a perfect wedding day and a perfectly beautiful family who joined them. We believe its hard to find a more stunning setting to make your marriage vows! Tom & Line had their wedding in Kardamyli and we were privileged to be their witnesses at the Town Hall but also their storytellers. Photoshooting for their wedding brought about sentiments and images that will be held precious through time to safe keep and preserve happiness, joy and special values.
