The Event

The wedding took place at Agrilia Estate on Antiparos, a private celebration with the people who mattered most. The pre-wedding party was held at Beach House Antiparos the night before. The ceremony and reception followed at the estate. The morning after, we walked along the shore as the island returned to its own quiet.

Our Approach

Some couples trust you before the day even starts. We photographed and filmed this wedding from the inside, present in the moments rather than watching from a distance. Antiparos doesn't try to impress, and neither did they.

The morning-after session along the shoreline had the same feeling as the film, unhurried, guided by the light and the coastline, belonging entirely to the place and the two people in it.

The Destination

Antiparos sits just off the western coast of Paros, quieter and less visited than its neighbour. The beaches here have a slower pace, Beach House, Soros, the Panteronissia islets reached by small ferry. Agrilia Estate shares that register: open, thoughtful, relaxed.

For a wedding film, Antiparos offers the kind of light and landscape that doesn't need augmenting. The island is already what it is.
